PHASA molded rubber parts include complex components such as rollers, stops, gaskets and rubbers with specific geometries, manufactured under pressure to ensure precision in use and fit.

We use advanced formulations in Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile or Natural Rubber, depending on the required resistance to chemicals, heat, abrasion or impact. Ideal for machinery, hydraulic systems, automotive or industrial applications, these parts meet demanding tolerances and extend equipment life. With soft finishes, without pores and millimeter tolerances, they offer high tightness, vibration damping and tightness against water, oil or air.

Available in short volumes or industrial series, PHASA guarantees quality control, manufacturing precise and reliable molded rubber parts.
